The 11 bill does not have the Digital Security Act of the President's assent


In the 22nd session of the 10th Parliament, 18 bills were passed, but the President approved the 11 bill. Abdul Hamid But the bill passed in the session does not include the Digital Security Act. As a result, the security of the digital security is still unchanged.

Bills approved by the President are: Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation Bill, 018, Varendra Multipurpose Development Authority Bill, 018, Textile Bill, 018, Sylhet Medical University Bill, 2018, Dowry Recovery Bill, 2018, Fertilizer (Management) Bill (Amendment) Bill, 2018 , National Planning Development Academy Bill 2018, Hindu Religious Welfare Trust Bill- 2018, Bangladesh Employee Welfare Board (Amendment Bill- 2018, Agricultural Marketing B - 2018 and 2018 National Skill Development Authority aside.

The bills unauthorized by the President in the 22nd session are: - Road Transport Bill-2018, al-Haatul Ulaya Lil-Jamiatil Qawmiya Bangladesh, under the law of Hadith (Taqlim), Master's Degree (Islamic Studies and Arabic) (Qawmi Madrasa) Bill -2018, National Planning and Development Academy-Bill-018, National Sports Council Bill-2014, product-oriented state-owned industrial factory workers (Employment Terms) Bill 2018, Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Welfare Trust Bill-2014 and Community Clinic Assistance Trust Bill-2018.

Earlier, on 19th September, the 22nd session of the Jatiya Sangsad passed the Digital Security Act, ignoring the objections, concerns and opinions of various parties inside and outside the Jatiya Sangsad.

It is mentioned in this law that the Article 57 of the Information and Communication Technology Act will be abolished by implementing the Digital Security Act.
